For Brunch starters we offer a selection of house made pastries,
seasonal fruit, yogurt and cereal.
OMELETS AND BREAKFAST DISHES
Yukon Gold Potato and Scallion Cakes with St. George cheddar and Italian parsley. Served with eggs over easy, pesto, roasted tomato and garlic sauce and arugula.
Savoy Spinach and Spring Onion Omelet with asiago, fromage blanc and thyme. Served with roasted banana fingerling potatoes.
Frittata Mexicana with crisp tortillas, poblano chilies, peppers, marjoram, sage and smoked cheese. Served with tomatillo salsa, Green Gulch lettuces, escarole hearts, avocado, ruby grapefruit and citrus chili vinaigrette.
Scrambled Eggs with crimini mushrooms, manchego and thyme. Served with roasted banana fingerling potatoes.
Pinnacles Scramble - Scrambled eggs with roasted yellow finn potatoes, poblano and chipotle chilies, scallions, Vermont cheddar and cilantro. Served on warm corn tortillas with fire roasted salsa, black bean chili and crème fraiche.
Pain de Mei French Toast with Ella Bella strawberries, poached huckleberries, cinnamon mascarpone and warm maple syrup.
BRUNCH SPECIALS
Rancho Portobello Sandwich on an Acme roll with grilled onions, poblano chilies, chipotle mayonnaise and arugula. Served with yellow finn and French fingerling potato salad with roasted peppers, cilantro, frisee and chili vinaigrette.
Pappardelle with asparagus, snap, snow and English peas, spring onions, pine nuts, meyer lemon butter, Italian parsley, chive blossums and parmesan. Served with levain bread.
Mesquite Grilled Brochettes of mushrooms, peppers, yellow finn potatoes, red onions, fennel, cherry tomatoes and marinated tofu with charmoula. Served with cherry-pistachio couscous.
Green Gulch Lettuces, Little Gems and Endigia with piquillo peppers, marcona almonds, La Peral blue cheese and sherry shallot vinaigrette. Served with levain bread.
Grilled Tofu Sandwich - Marinated and mesquite grilled tofu with tomatoes, lettuce, mayonnaise and horseradish on whole wheat seed bread. Served with beet salad.
