Since 1979, Greens has welcomed communities, organizations, families, and friends to gather in a spirit of seasonality and meaningful conversation. Greens was built on the principles of mindfulness and attention. That foundation informs how we cook, serve, and host today. Our commitment to stewardship and regenerative agriculture is a long standing way of working, practiced consistently since we first opened our doors.

Our organic menus are guided by our farm, Green Gulch, and reflect the daily work of tending soil, honoring the harvest, and cooking with care. Here, the rhythm of the Bay and the simplicity of the food create space for connection that feels generous, nourishing, and rooted in the land that surrounds us.

AN ICONIC SAN FRANCISCO SETTING

Greens Restaurant offers private dining and event space at Fort Mason, a National Park Service site overlooking the San Francisco Bay. Our dining room opens to the Golden Gate Bridge, Marin Headlands, and Pacific Ocean views that stretch to the horizon, creating a waterfront venue that feels expansive and grounded at once. Weddings, celebrations, corporate retreats, and thoughtful gatherings unfold here in close relationship with the landscape.

  • Capacity: 50 seated / 100 standing reception
    Includes: Three hours of event time, food and beverage charges per person, a custom-printed menu, staff, chairs, serving ware, glassware, and tables.

  • Capacity: 110 seated / 185 standing reception
    Includes: Four hours of event time, a custom printed menu, full staff, chairs, serving ware, glassware, and tables.

    Available upgrades: Use of our private dining room The Bay Room, and our Outdoor Pavilion.

  • Capacity: 70 seated / 120 standing reception
    Includes: Three hours of event time, food and beverage charges per person, a custom-printed menu, staff, chairs, serving ware, glassware, and tables.

  • Greens is also available for brand activations, campaign and product launches, and larger corporate events. In addition to the restaurant itself, the surrounding Fort Mason campus allows for expanded footprint and creative use of space when needed.
